Christmas Fundraising

At Holly Grove we do all our school fundraising in house as we don't have a PTA. Mrs Ellis is our fundraising leader so if you have any ideas/ donations/ etc please contact her via Class Dojo or Office and ask to forward to Mrs Ellis.

Comic Relief/ Red Nose Day

On Friday 21st March it will be the 40th Anniversary of the very first Red Nose Event! We will asking the children to come to school in Red or go Retro! Come in your old Comic Relief T-shirts or in 80's/90's/00's outfits!

We are asking for a £1 donation or whatever you can afford.We will also be having a joke competition in the afternoon each class will present their best joke! Clean jokes only please!!! Easter Egg prizes for all finalists.

We had a super day and raised over £260! Well done everyone.

Mothers Day

We will be having our pop up Mother's Day shop on Friday 28th March. The children are welcome to come and select a gift for any female that they would like to buy for. Gifts will be wrapped and labelled for the children ready for Mothering Sunday.

Gifts are £4 each and you can purchase as many as you like.

Children throughout the school from Nursery to Year 6 are welcome to participate

If you would like to buy a gift please send the correct money in a named envelope via the class teacher detailing who the gifts are for.

Gifts need to be pre-ordered so we can make sure we have enough and don't run out. Orders need to be placed by March 10th. Any questions Class Dojo Mrs Ellis.

Easter

Bunny Money Sheet - Class Pizza Party

Each child in school has brought home a Bunny Money sheet with the chance of winning a Class Easter Pizza Party! If your child wants to take part then simply fill the Bunny with coins and return to school by Friday 4th April with your child's name and class on it. The class who collectively raise the most money will win the Pizza party on Friday 11th April x

Community Easter Bonnet Parade 11th April

We are hosting an Easter Bonnet Parade on Friday 11th April in the afternoon around the perimeter of the school grounds - Leander Close, Ironstone Road, High Street and back down Holly Grove Lane. The children are welcome to attend school in non uniform for a £1 donation and also create a bonnet or hat or mask for an entry fee of 50p. A winner from each double year group will be chosen and win an Easter treat!

Easter Bake Sale - 11th April

At break time on Friday 11th April we will be having an Easter cake and treat sale. 50p per treat, allergies will be catered for. Children can just bring their money on the day.
